  • A company representative signs a power of attorney, allowing the pension broker to review any existing health and pension solutions and collect necessary data.
  • The pension broker gathers the required information and designs a health and pension solution based on the company’s needs and requirements.
  • The pension solution is put out to tender with multiple pension providers in the market.
  • The pension broker reviews the offers received from the pension providers.
  • The company is presented with the best offers along with the broker’s recommendation.
  • The pension broker handles all administrative tasks related to implementing the pension solution, including ensuring the quality of the pension and health agreement before signing, holding information meetings for employees, and ensuring that employees are invited to individual advisory sessions.
